1. Nature and Purpose of the Service

FakeMeetings is a meeting simulation and visual generator tool created solely for entertainment, demonstration, parody, and personal productivity purposes.

The Service:

• Does not provide real online meetings
• Does not connect to real participants
• Does not transmit audio or video to third parties
• Is not intended to deceive, defraud, or misrepresent facts in any legal, professional, or official context

Use of the Service is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.

2. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for how you use FakeMeetings
• Any personal, professional, social, ethical, or legal consequences arising from your use of the Service are entirely your responsibility
• The creator, owner, and operator of FakeMeetings shall not be liable for any outcomes resulting from your use or misuse of the Service

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Workplace discipline or termination
• Academic, contractual, or professional consequences
• Misunderstandings with employers, clients, colleagues, or third parties
• Any alleged legal or regulatory violations

3. No Legal Advice / No Encouragement of Unlawful Use

FakeMeetings:

• Does not provide legal advice
• Does not encourage or promote illegal activity
• Is not designed to help users violate laws, contracts, workplace rules, or institutional policies

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with:

• Local, national, and international laws
• Workplace policies and codes of conduct
• Contracts or agreements they are bound by

4. No Affiliation With Other Platforms

FakeMeetings is an independent product.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to:

• Zoom
• Google Meet
• Microsoft Teams
• Cisco Webex
• Or any other video conferencing or meeting platform

Any references to meeting styles, layouts, or concepts are generic, illustrative, or parodic in nature.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

FakeMeetings:

• Does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks
• Does not copy proprietary code, assets, or services
• Does not replicate or replace real meeting platforms

All content generated by the Service is simulated, original, or illustrative.

Users agree not to use the Service in a way that infringes on:

• Copyright
• Trademarks
• Trade dress
• Intellectual property rights of any third party

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Third-Party Processing

All payments, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are processed exclusively through a third-party payment processor, currently Lemon Squeezy.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

• FakeMeetings does not directly process payments
• Payment data, receipts, invoices, and subscription management are handled by Lemon Squeezy
• Any payment-related issues, disputes, chargebacks, or billing errors are between you and Lemon Squeezy

7. Email Responsibility and Cancellation

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All purchase and subscription details are sent via email by Lemon Squeezy
• It is your responsibility to keep and retain the email(s) from Lemon Squeezy

These emails may be required for:

• Subscription management
• Cancellation
• Refund requests
• Support inquiries

Failure to retain these emails does not create an obligation on FakeMeetings to recover or recreate them.

8. Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood the Cancellation Policy published on the FakeMeetings website
• You agree that cancellations must be done according to the instructions provided
• Failure to cancel properly does not entitle you to refunds outside the stated policy

9. No Guarantees or Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

FakeMeetings makes no guarantees regarding:

• Availability or uptime
• Suitability for any specific purpose
• Accuracy of simulated visuals
• Outcomes or user expectations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FakeMeetings and its owner shall not be liable for any:

• Direct or indirect damages
• Incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of income, employment, reputation, or opportunity
• Claims arising from user misuse

11. Changes to These Terms

FakeMeetings reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Acceptance

By clicking "I Agree", accessing the app, or using FakeMeetings in any way, you confirm that:

• You are at least the legal age required in your jurisdiction
• You have read and understood these Terms
• You accept full responsibility for your use of the Service

13. Service Availability, Maintenance, and Downtime

FakeMeetings may, from time to time, be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Bug fixes
• Feature updates
• Performance improvements
• Security patches
• System maintenance or modifications
• Technical issues beyond our control

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Temporary downtime does not constitute a breach of contract
• FakeMeetings is not obligated to provide compensation, refunds, or extensions due to service interruptions
• We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice, when reasonably necessary

14. License Keys – No Replacement for Loss or Non-Use

Where applicable, access to premium features may be provided via license keys.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• License keys are non-transferable
• It is your responsibility to store and safeguard your license key

We are not responsible for and will not replace license keys that are:

• Lost
• Deleted
• Forgotten
• Unused
• Expired
• Compromised due to user negligence

Failure to use a license key within its validity period does not entitle the user to a replacement, extension, or refund, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

15. Dispute Resolution (Non-Payment Related)

Any dispute, claim, or controversy not related to payments or billing arising out of or in connection with:

• Use of the FakeMeetings Service
• Interpretation of these Terms
• Access to or functionality of the platform

shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration.

Arbitration Details:

• Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines
• The seat and venue of arbitration shall be exclusively in the Philippines
• The arbitral decision shall be final and binding upon the parties

You expressly waive the right to:

• Bring disputes before courts outside the Philippines
• Participate in class actions or representative proceedings

16. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be:

• Governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines
• Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts, where applicable

This applies regardless of the user's country of residence or location.

17. Separation of Payment Disputes

For clarity and avoidance of doubt:

• All payment, billing, refund, chargeback, and subscription disputes are governed exclusively by Lemon Squeezy's terms
• FakeMeetings is not a party to payment disputes
• Arbitration provisions herein do not apply to payment disputes, which remain strictly between the user and Lemon Squeezy

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Cancellation Policy and any referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between the user and FakeMeetings regarding use of the Service.
